Escape from bottom: NS/top control/69
1. pendulum legs side to side, try to roll over to the side
2. bridge to get hands into boxing guard, ball up knees to get under opponent's armpits then sweep off to left or right
3. bridge and get hands into boxing guard then jack knife legs over the top and get hooks into opponent's legs to take the back
4. bridge and get the foot into opponent's collar to kick off
Escape from bottom: Turtled
1. sit out. if opponent is hugging the body hug one arm arm post out leg on the left, pop head under same side armpit and sit the right leg out to the space, continue to push head into armpit and hug the arm for a kimura
Escape from bottom: Turtled & opponent sprawled on back
1. get to the feet and stick the butt high into the air, post on head and use forearms to scoot backwards
